Hi families! I am known around the preschool as Ms. Tosha. My educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree; BA in Business Administration; VPK endorsed Director Credential and numerous early education courses. I have participated as an Expert teacher for The Center for Reading Research to help train other early childhood educators on how to implement different teaching strategies. I taught preschool aged children in public school and taught VPK for over 12 years before becoming Director of First Presbyterian Preschool. My responsibilities include supporting teachers so that they can be their best self to care for and teach your child. I also spend time with parents and families, knowing that clear communication and understanding between home and preschool lay the foundation for the children to flourish both at school and at home.
